Holy shit. This looks EXACTLY like my cat.
btw, zine was tops as always. Wish more people in detroit where doin what you were bud.
Thank you- your words are greatly appreciated. Reminds me that the hours of proofing and spending money on a hard copy zine is worthwhile. I wish, too- I think there are a lot of people out there who write, take pictures, and do all of that shit, just no one is interested in contributing to a general blog/ zine/ whatever. If you contributed art, I’d totally publish it, by the way.

Yeah, he acts like he's 16 when he's like what, 23 or 24? Maybe older? Everything he does is just super unprofessional, I remember when the modern was around, he screwed so many bands over on paying them. I'm just not too fond of the guy, like I'm able to get a show together without drama or problems better than that guy can. I'm sure everyone could, it's not that hard.
These kinds of promoters pop up like weeds, but they never last for very long. Too much bad publicity gets around, and they have to find a new way to screw people over. In fact, promoters in general have a really high turnover. The only ones who have really stuck around for a while that I’ve seen (in MI) are Black Iris, Heart Like a Lion, Fusion, Ripped Heart, Take Action, and a few various people who don’t work under any agency name. Promoting is not terribly difficult to do properly, but to be GOOD at it… that’s another story. I’m very reluctantly getting into it, mostly due to being the only contact some bands have in the MI area. Weird.
A fucking Pokemon based hardcore band.
Words cannot describe the sheer awesomeness of this.
Props to whoever drew this- this is fucking awesome.
Hmm- I appreciate this for the fact that it looks like a Jason Outcast drawing.
